Showroom Designs currently ships only Australia-wide and are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.
Shipping Locations
We currently offer shipping within Australia only. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time. International shipping will be available in the near future.
Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During peak sale periods, holidays, or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
We may offer:
- Standard Shipping
- Express Shipping
- Free Shipping promotions on selected orders
Any applicable shipping promotions will be clearly stated on our website.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Metro Areas: 2–6 business days
- Regional Areas: 4–10 business days
- Remote Areas: 7–14 business days
Please note these timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on the courier service and seasonal demand.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor your delivery.
Authority to Leave
By default, some courier services may leave parcels in a safe place if no one is available to receive the delivery. If you do not wish for your parcel to be left unattended, please contact us immediately after placing your order.
Showroom Designs is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels once delivery has been confirmed by the courier.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect information provided by customers.
Delays
While we aim to meet all estimated delivery timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to courier disruptions, weather events, or high shipping volumes. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at showroomdesignsau@gmail.com with your order number, proof of purchase and photos of the issue so we can assist you promptly.
